I can't believe it's been 4 months since my last post! We've had so much going on lately so I'll probably have to do a few posts to catch up on it all. I'll use this one to catch up on this sweet little boy that I get to hang out with all day!
One big thing that's happened is WE MOVED! We bought a mobile home and have been spending the last 3 months renovating and moving into it! I'll do another post about that later but Cooper was a big help.
He also started walking a few months ago and is so much busier! Now we don't have to spend our time outside with him crawling around like this
He's started talking a little more and understanding things too. He says Mama, Dada, Ball, and Shoes. Shoes sounds a lot more like 'Sooz' but its pretty close! If we ask him to get his shoes he knows exactly where they are and will bring them to me. That little boy loves spending time outside especially on his Gator.
On Canada Day we bought a chair for me to hang out on cause I knew we'd be spending a lot more time outside. If Cooper sees me starting to walk towards it to sit down he makes a beeline for it. I think he likes it just as much as I do.
He's growing up so fast and I love that he's getting so independent but I miss my baby! I can't believe that in just a few weeks he'll be in nursery! It's hard to not smile when I'm around him. He gets this goofy little grin on his face and it makes trying to discipline him very difficult sometimes ( he's gotten into this habit of shoving his finger up his nose and when I try to tell him to stop he just grins at me and I can't help but laugh! I mean seriously how can he be cute picking his nose!?!)
We had a party for my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary this week and my grandma turned to me and said "How is it that you have the cutest great-grand baby? Oh, I know. You have the cutest husband!" I'm sure she says that to all her granddaughters, but I have to agree with her. I got pretty lucky with these two!
